1) We have a busy week – pay attention to the schedule!
MON: 9:00 a.m. BIATHLON (swim + run) + cooldown
Compete vs. swim team in 500 meter swim + 1.6 mile run.
This is also the Cougar Game for the week.
TUE: 10:30 a.m. Distance run + weights
K: 2-4 miles G: 4-5 miles B: 6-7 miles
WED: 9:00 a.m. River Road Run + Picnic.
Leave school 9:00 a.m., return 11:30 a.m.
BRING A FOOD ITEM TO SHARE!
K: 4-5 miles G: 6-9 miles B: 9+ miles
THU: 10:30 a.m. Distance Run + Drills/Strides
K: 2-3 miles G: 3-4 miles B: 4-5 miles
Pasta dinner @ Andersons. 993 Como BLVD E. Time TBA.
Bring swimsuit if you want to swim.
FRI: Depart school @ 8:00 a.m. IRISH INVITE @ Rosemount H.S.
9:50: Girls C 10:15: Boys C 10:40 Girls Vars. 11:05 Boys Vars.
All races 2 miles. Back to school around 12:30.
SAT: 9:00 a.m. @ TBA. Long, easy run, followed by food and drinks.
