Summer...Time to Get Fit

Summer is well under way...we're about half-way between the last day of school and the first day of cross country practice. Hopefully many of the Como Park Endurance community have been working hard and laying the foundation for a great year ahead. There's still time to get in some great base work before school begins.

A reminder about summer captain's practice, which is specifically for the cross country team but is open to anyone...skiers, soccer players and other folks just looking to have some company while the get fit. Come out and work towards the goals you have for the year ahead.

Weight room…at Como will be open 6:30 to 8:30 P.M. on Tuesdays and Thursday – right after practice. Coach Chris will open the weight room on Mondays after practice when he is able to be there.
