WEEK 10: Oct 15—21

ANNOUNCEMENTS
1)      Conference Meet: Run smart, run strong, run hard.
2)      Remember t-shirt money if you ordered extra shirts.
3)      Let’s enjoy the last 10 days of the season!

MON: 2:20 p.m. BUS DEPARTS for Conference Meet @ Battle Creek
3:30 – Girls V/JV 4k.
4:00 – Boys V 5k.
4:30 – Boys JV 5k

TUE: 2:30 p.m. Core + Distance run

WED: 2:30 p.m. Warmup + Hill sprints + weights

THU: 9:00 a.m. Practice @ school. Distance run.

FRI: 9:00 a.m. Practice @ Klein’s. 860 Ivy. 1000M repeats. (2-3 reps)
Breakfast after run.

SAT: No practice. Easy run on your own (3-6 miles)

SUN: No practice. Rest day.

NEXT WEEK: Section Meet on Wed., end of season except for State qualifiers.
